Scope:
All orders placed on the NovaRythm website are subject to these terms and conditions. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these terms.

Products:
All products offered by NovaRythm are described as accurately as possible. However, colors and visual details may vary depending on the display device used. Therefore, the photographs are non-contractual.

Order:
The order is considered final upon receipt of your payment and the dispatch of a confirmation email. NovaRythm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in the event of a payment dispute from a previous order.

Pricing and Payment:
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes. The total payable amount includes the product prices and shipping fees. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

Delivery:
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify you by email. You will then have the option to cancel your order or choose a different product.

Right of Withdrawal:
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Otherwise, the product will neither be refunded nor exchanged.

Warranties:
Products sold on the NovaRythm website are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties. This means that NovaRythm makes no warranties regarding, among other things, the merchantability of the products, their fitness for a particular purpose, or their non-infringement. By purchasing from the NovaRythm website, you acknowledge and accept that you assume all risks associated with using the products, including any risk of injury or damage to your property.

Ownership of Designs:
All designs created by NovaRythm for customers remain our property. We reserve the right to use these designs, including using images and selling the designs.

Modification of Terms:
Any new version of these Terms of Sale will be posted in advance on our website.

Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer service to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. These terms are governed by French law, and any disputes related to the order, execution, or interpretation of an order will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
